These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bceeb website, customer accounts, products, checkout, and related services available at https://www.bceeb.com.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer rights or other legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.

Bceeb is not an online marketplace. Product availability, descriptions, prices, and purchasing options are provided on our official website.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Website Use

You must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase contract under applicable law. If you have not reached the applicable age of legal capacity, you may use the website or place an order only with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and relevant information, which may include product images, available colors and sizes, measurements, materials, care instructions, prices, and availability.

Please review the individual product page and available sizing information before placing an order.

Product colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, photography, and lighting. Minor display-related differences do not necessarily mean a product is defective. This does not limit your rights if a product is materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Product availability may change before an order is accepted. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

If a product becomes unavailable and we cannot fulfill an accepted or paid order, we will notify you and, as appropriate, cancel the affected order and issue a refund or payment authorization reversal.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed product, please contact hello@bceeb.com. We will handle the matter under our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

The ordering process generally involves selecting products, reviewing your cart, entering contact and delivery information, selecting a payment method, reviewing the final order total, and submitting your order.

After you submit an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that we received it. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

Your submitted order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. A purchase contract is formed when Bceeb accepts the order through an order acceptance or shipping confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may need to review payment authorization, product availability, and order information before accepting an order. If we cannot accept an order after payment has been authorized or collected, we will cancel the affected transaction and issue the applicable refund or authorization reversal.

The contract language is English.

5. Order Information and Cancellation Requests

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, product selections, quantities, and payment details.

Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

If you need to correct an address, change an order, or request cancellation, contact hello@bceeb.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request when the order status permits. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, an operational cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

This operational limitation does not restrict any cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.

6. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

Product prices and the checkout currency are displayed on our website and at checkout. Please review the final order total before submitting payment.

The checkout total may include:

Discounts and promotional adjustments.

Applicable taxes collected at checkout.

The final amount payable.

Bceeb offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States. For international orders, shipping availability, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout..

We do not knowingly add undisclosed charges to an order after it has been submitted.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These charges are imposed by the relevant financial institution and are separate from charges collected by Bceeb.

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, customs charges, or other government fees may apply depending on the destination and the checkout arrangements. Responsibility for such charges will be determined by the information provided at checkout and applicable law.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the applicable payment provider. We do not directly store customers' complete credit or debit card numbers as part of our ordinary store operations.

Your payment provider may apply its own terms, security checks, authorization procedures, and processing requirements.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Bceeb provides free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States. For international orders, shipping availability, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout..

Our current estimated timeframes are:

Order Processing: 1–3 business days

Shipping Transit: 6–9 business days

Estimated Total Delivery: 7–12 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We provide tracking information when available. Details about shipping destinations, tracking, delays, damaged shipments, missing packages, and delivery procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Our customer support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. public holidays.

9. Responsibility for Goods During Delivery

Responsibility for loss of or damage to products during delivery is determined by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any legal responsibility that Bceeb must retain until a product is delivered to you or your designated recipient.

Different rules may apply where you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by Bceeb, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Ownership of purchased products transfers according to the law applicable to the transaction.

10. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Consumer Rights
A. Returns and Refunds

Bceeb offers a 30-day return period after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Restocking Fee: None. We do not charge a general restocking fee for approved returns.

For eligible preference-based returns, such as a change of mind or a preference regarding size, fit, color, or style, you may be responsible for return shipping costs as described in our Refund & Return Policy, where permitted by law.

We will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping when an incorrect, damaged, confirmed defective, or materially misdescribed product is delivered, subject to applicable law and the procedures in our Refund & Return Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required or permitted by law. We aim to process an approved refund within 1–3 business days after inspection and approval. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

B. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered as our standard exchange process.

If you want a different size, color, style, or product, you may return the eligible original product under our Refund & Return Policy, receive the applicable refund, and place a new order.

Incorrect, damaged, defective, or non-conforming products will be handled under our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

C. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Our commercial return policy does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming products may include repair, replacement, price reduction, contract cancellation, or refund.

Any statutory warranty, conformity, or other consumer rights that apply may continue beyond our 30-day commercial return period. Promotional prices and discounts do not remove mandatory consumer protections.

Nothing in these Terms or our other policies excludes, restricts, or replaces rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or replaced.

11. Customer Accounts and Security

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, keeping account details up to date, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access or activity.

You must not use another person's account without authorization.

We may temporarily restrict account access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect personal information, maintain website security, or comply with legal obligations.

Any account restriction remains subject to applicable law and does not remove rights arising from an accepted order.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with the relevant offer.

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise:

It applies only during the published promotional period.

It may be limited to eligible products, orders, or customers.

It must be entered or applied before payment is completed.

It cannot be exchanged for cash.

We may correct obvious errors in promotional information, subject to applicable law and any rights arising from an accepted order.

Promotional offers do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

13. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, photographs, product descriptions, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Bceeb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal shopping and other lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not, by itself, imply ownership by or affiliation with Bceeb.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate applicable law or another person's rights. You retain any rights you have in your content. By submitting content, you grant Bceeb permission to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it for purposes related to operating, promoting, or improving our store, subject to applicable law and any additional terms presented when you submit it.

We use third-party services to operate our online store. Depending on the services enabled, these may include Shopify, payment providers, digital wallet providers, shipping and fulfillment providers, customer service tools, and analytics or advertising services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

We take reasonable steps to maintain website security and functionality, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, service-provider disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to website functionality do not remove rights arising from an existing accepted order.

15. Liability and Legal Limitations

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

This includes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded, mandatory consumer rights, defective products where liability cannot legally be limited, and any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Subject to those restrictions, Bceeb is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including certain service interruptions, carrier delays, or third-party service failures. This provision does not remove any obligation or remedy that applicable law requires us to provide.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bceeb's business in the United States and the State of California, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction apply and require otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law or removes mandatory legal protections available to that consumer.

These Terms do not require consumers to submit disputes to mandatory arbitration unless a separate, valid agreement expressly provides otherwise and is enforceable under applicable law.

The Terms applicable to a purchase are those in effect when the relevant purchase contract is formed, subject to applicable law. Later updates do not retrospectively reduce rights arising from an existing purchase.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
